When will my order be delivered?

Flower Deliveries

Our flower deliveries take place between 9 am and 5 pm on your chosen delivery date. If you place your order before 1 pm and select the same-day delivery option, your flowers will arrive by 5 pm that day. While we can’t provide exact delivery times, we work hard to make sure your blooms arrive fresh and on time.

Gift Box Deliveries

Gift boxes sent by courier usually take up to 4 business days to arrive anywhere in South Africa. Couriers don’t deliver on weekends or public holidays, so please factor that in when ordering.

For personalised gift boxes, please allow 6 to 8 business days for crafting and delivery.

If you’ve ordered a same-day gift box, it will be delivered by 5 pm the same day if selected.

We do our best to meet your requested delivery date, but once your order is with the courier or delivery partner, timing can’t be guaranteed. If you included a timed delivery request, please remember these are not guaranteed.
