When will my gift box be delivered?

Same-day gift box deliveries happen between 9 am and 5 pm on your selected delivery date. If you place your order before 1 pm and select same-day delivery at checkout, your gift will arrive by 5 pm that day, lovingly fulfilled by a local partner florist.

For our bespoke gift boxes, which are carefully prepared and sent by courier, delivery usually takes up to 4 business days anywhere in South Africa. Please note that couriers don’t deliver on weekends or public holidays. Our gifting partners aim to deliver your box on the date you select at checkout, but once it’s with the courier, timing can’t be guaranteed. If you’ve included a timed delivery request, please remember these aren’t guaranteed with courier services. For personalised gifts, please allow 6 to 8 business days to allow for careful crafting.
