Can I track my order?

We do not offer live tracking at the moment. However, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully delivered.

All orders are delivered between 9 am and 6 pm on the selected delivery date. Because our florist and gifting partners handle deliveries independently, we are not able to offer real-time updates during the day.

If there are any issues or unexpected delays, our Customer Care Team will get in touch to keep you informed. Your peace of mind is important to us, and we’re always here if you have questions about your order.
