We’re so sorry to hear that. Sometimes things can get a little tricky on the road, especially when florists are handling deliveries and admin on the go. If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t seen your order yet, it may still be en route. We recommend waiting 10 to 15 minutes in case the driver is nearby.
