Placing your order with Bloomable is quick and easy, and we’re always here if you need a hand.
Here’s how to do it:
- Select your gift and click "Order Now”.
- Add a personalised card message to make it extra special.
- Click “Continue to Cart" to head to your cart, then click "Next".
- Choose your preferred delivery date from the calendar.
- Add any special instructions, then click "Next".
- Under "Delivery", fill in the recipient’s full address and contact details.
- Select your payment method.
- Under "Billing Address", enter your own billing details.
- Click "Pay Now" and complete your payment.
- Once payment is successful, you’ll see your order confirmation and details.
Helpful tips:
- If the address gives you trouble at checkout, it might be outside the available delivery range for your chosen gift. Pop us an email at care@bloomable.co.za or reach out via our Contact Page, and we’ll help confirm what’s available in your area.
- Addresses work best when entered exactly as they appear on Google Maps.
- Be sure to only combine compatible products in your order. Flowers and same-day delivery gifts can be sent together, while courier-delivered gift boxes must be ordered separately for accurate delivery timelines.
