How do I place my order?

Placing your order with Bloomable is quick and easy, and we’re always here if you need a hand.

Here’s how to do it:

  1. Select your gift and click "Order Now”.
  2. Add a personalised card message to make it extra special.
  3. Click “Continue to Cart" to head to your cart, then click "Next".
  4. Choose your preferred delivery date from the calendar.
  5. Add any special instructions, then click "Next".
  6. Under "Delivery", fill in the recipient’s full address and contact details.
  7. Select your payment method.
  8. Under "Billing Address", enter your own billing details.
  9. Click "Pay Now" and complete your payment.
  10. Once payment is successful, you’ll see your order confirmation and details.

Helpful tips:

  • If the address gives you trouble at checkout, it might be outside the available delivery range for your chosen gift. Pop us an email at care@bloomable.co.za or reach out via our Contact Page, and we’ll help confirm what’s available in your area.
  • Addresses work best when entered exactly as they appear on Google Maps.
  • Be sure to only combine compatible products in your order. Flowers and same-day delivery gifts can be sent together, while courier-delivered gift boxes must be ordered separately for accurate delivery timelines.
