Can I get a refund for my order?

We understand that things can occasionally go wrong, and we’re here to help if they do. Because our floral arrangements and gifts are handmade to order, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. In order to properly assess your request, we will need a photo of the delivered arrangement along with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Refunds are not guaranteed and will depend on the nature of the concern, the timing of the request, and our ability to investigate with the partner involved. We aim to resolve all matters as fairly and thoughtfully as possible.
