Can I cancel my order?

Our floral arrangements and gifts are made to order, often very soon after your purchase is confirmed. Because each order is prepared individually by our partner florists, cancellations may not always be possible once the process has begun.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as you can. We will do our best to assist, but cancellations depend on the status of the order and the florist’s progress at the time of your request.

Bloomable is committed to supporting both our customers and our community of local creatives. While cancellations are handled case by case, we will always try to help where possible.
