If your order includes same-day delivery items like flowers and same-day gift boxes, these are usually delivered together by the same local florist, making sure your gift arrives fresh and complete.
However, bespoke courier gift boxes are prepared and shipped separately by our gifting partners in various locations. Because of this, we cannot guarantee these will arrive on the same day or at the same time as your same-day delivery items. While this may mean receiving your gifts in separate deliveries, please know this system allows each partner to give their best, whether crafting delicate floral arrangements or carefully assembling unique gift boxes.
