That means your flowers might look a little different from the picture online, but don’t worry because the heart of the design, the colour palette, and the feeling will stay the same.

Here’s why you might notice a difference:

  Flowers are living things, and each one has its own personality. That means slight differences in size, shape, or colour are totally normal. It's part of what makes your arrangement truly one of a kind.

  Some blooms are seasonal, and if a specific flower isn’t available, our florists may replace it with something just as beautiful, keeping in with the overall style. We always aim to stay true to the mood and colour palette you see in the picture.

  Our talented local florists handcraft every arrangement using the freshest flowers available. That means while your bouquet may have a slightly different look or bloom stage, the design intention and quality will always be there.

• Fresh from the Market
  The flowers in our pictures are often shown in full bloom so you can see their shape and colour in all their glory, but the ones you receive may still be in bud. This is actually a good thing! It means they're fresh and will last longer. With the right care, they’ll open up beautifully over the next few days.
