Yes, we can deliver to most hospitals, but there are a few important things to keep in mind to help make sure your gift arrives safely:
- We’re not able to deliver to ICU wards, so it’s a good idea to double-check where your recipient is before placing your order.
- Please include all the necessary details, like the hospital name, ward, room number, and the recipient’s full name.
- Hospitals don’t share patient information, so it’s really important that the information you give us is complete and correct.
- If your recipient is due to be discharged soon, please check the discharge date and time beforehand. Once your order has been processed or is out for delivery, it may not be possible to redirect it to a different location.
