I am not happy with the flowers that were delivered. How can I report this?

If you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing care@bloomable.co.za. To help us assist you quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the flowers or items you received
  • A brief description of what you’re unhappy with

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, it is important that all complaints are submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. This allows us to address the issue promptly and work towards a solution that meets your expectations.
